Thank you very much for your interest in the services of our company! We would like to describe the Convenience Package we offer to individual entrepreneurs who are currently contracting, as well as outline the general steps of the contracting process.

Our IE PACKAGE has additional services to assist our clients, not all of which are found in other service providers. These are:
- We will display your nameplate free of charge, in a location that is clearly visible from a public area.
- letters received are scanned and forwarded to our customers by e-mail immediately.
- in case a priority letter is received (eg. tax authorities, courts), a notification via SMS could be sent.
- certain letters (by prior arrangement) will be sent to our client’s accountant and / or lawyer, helping to
streamline client’s administration.
- You can pick up the letters received at the headquarters in person at our Csomád office at a pre-arranged time,
or we will forward them to you for a fee.
- We undertake the submission of the postal authorization instead of our clients, thereby we can save time for them;
- Provide free usage of a conference room in Csomád in our office.
Short description of the steps of the contract for an existing IE:
– When you having decided to use our head office service, please send us the personal documents of the company representative (identity card, address card, tax card) scanned, which we need for identification and for the performance of our work.
– Next We need the current entrepreneur’s certificate, furthermore please send us the zero certificate issued by NAV for your business.
– Then please fill out the customer data sheet on our website accurately :
– After that we first send you our Individual Contract for Headquarters Services (Customer Datasheets) and The General Terms And Conditions in English.
Furthermore, Under the Hungarian Anti-Money Laundering Act, We need to be screened on all our partners.
As part of it, we will send two statements:
a., CUSTOMER DUE DILIGENCE DATA SHEET (fulfilling the obligation laid down in Section 7-10 of Act LIII. of 2017)
b., DECLARATION (Declaration of a client residing abroad as to whether they qualify as a prominent public figure.)
we’ll send it by MS Word – docx – files.
– Please read the documents carefully, fill out with your data, sign it and send it back to us by post or e-mail.
– As a next step we will send a prepayment request for the fee of the first one-year period.
– In case of relocation of an existing company, it is necessary to consult a lawyer in order to determine the new structure and new operating conditions of the company
within the framework of the new memorandum of association.
Of course, we also need to contact a lawyer to reconcile the process and the details. In that case if you already have a lawyer, please send us a contact details.
– As soon as the fee is discharged on our bank account, we issue and send the Licensing Declaration of Headquarters by email.
This document must be part of the application submitted by the accountant to the NAV for registration.
Of course, we will hand over the original document during the next personal meeting.
– In case of an operating IE, we will issue an invoice for the service immediately and forward it by e-mail.
The original invoice will be handed over together with the contract finalizing process.
– The contract finalizing has to be done after the registration of the IE and the new headquarters by the NAV.
– A personal meeting is necessary to finalize the contract and in there we will need:
1. A photocopy of the personal documents of the IE for identification purposes.
2. We need to preparing the other background documents and other authorizations as well ,
which are needed for our smooth operation.
